You, You have made my life complete.
It’s You, nothing else is quite the same as You.
Everything within me, praise Your name.

Jesus has made my life complete; everything else is a bonus.

Words come cheap; promises can be made easily, and forgotten just as easily.
Very often, after completing a(n) assignment/project/test/exam/etc., we like to say, whether verbalised or in our heads,
“I did it.”
The truth of the matter is, we don’t do anything all by ourselves. Rather, the only times we do anything by ourselves is when we refuse to lean on the strength and confidence that God provides. Truly, God has helped me through countless assignments, and I believe He is faithful, and will continue to help me.
To God be the glory for the things He has done.
“Though my world may fall, I’ll never let You go.”
I think most of you readers will find this line familiar. It’s from Jesus, Lover Of My Soul.
But the real crux of the matter is: who will never let who go? Is it God holding on to us all the time, or us holding on to God all the time, or both?
Food for thought. Heh.
I had the privilege of hanging out with Amanda and Jessie today. It was a good hang-out, and it really lifted my spirits a lot. To both of you, thanks for helping me cope during this period of time. Thanks.
Anyway, after a fulfilling lunch at Ikea, we walked around Queensway Shopping Centre, for quite awhile, going upstairs to the second and third levels (and walking around the third level twice) before Jessie found the bag she wanted on the first floor (gahhhhh!).
Anyway, after finding the bag, we decided that it was a good idea to head down to town, and so, got onto 14, and about half an hour later, we found ourselves at Starbucks Wheelock, sipping Caramel & Mocha Frappucinos. There we met our friends (Jessie’s arch-nemeses) the Pigeons. As you probably would have guessed, Jessie dislikes pigeons, and can’t even stand them flying outside a window. Heh. We took some nice candids (and the two of them are somehow super obsessed over my lens blower), and Amanda left to find her friend.
(There was some conversation between Jessie and I after meeting Amanda’s Friend which Amanda already knows about. HWACHONGISH. Haha.)
After Amanda’s short private time, she returned to Starbucks and we sorta just stayed there for awhile before going our separate ways. Jessie and Amanda both went home and I went to church for E-gig jam, which I daresay, was one of the best jams yet.

Mandy. (:

And so…they tormented each other with the lens blower…

…using it to blow air into each others’ ears.

Possible Pigeon Frappucino.

Fatty.

Perching Pigeon, Hidden Dragon.
In this time of mourning, I can’t express how grateful I am to all the friends who have encouraged and consoled me, sent me verses, prayers, condolences and comfort, in one way or another.
I cannot express how thankful I am to the people who dropped by, as well as the people who are going to drop by.
Thank you all. Truly God has blessed me with such loving friends.
Such is the way the body of Christ functions.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
(Hebrews 10:24-25)
It’s hard to believe that a single matter can trouble me this badly.
A friend of mine, a friend (that I thought) I knew well has changed, changed so drastically, that news of the changes taking place just break my heart.
I shan’t divulge too much, but I am troubled nonetheless by this change.
“These thoughts run through my head
Over and over
Complaints of violins become my only friends.“
